Upon arrival, please wait at the front door to be greeted, have your temperature checked and sanitize hands prior to entering the building. Temperatures of 99.9 or higher will be asked to reschedule.
Waiting area closed:
We can only allow guests with scheduled appointments inside the building at this time. To limit the number of people inside at any given time, we must ask that all unscheduled visitors wait outside the building and not in the waiting area.
We have temporarily suspended blow dry services. Instead, we are offering complementary treatments and will send you home with a cute braid or with wet styling.
Because of this, we are unable to perform keratin services at this time. Blow drying will be considered to resume once we move through phase III.
We will be wearing masks, and request that all guests do too. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with one to wear during your visit. If this is not something you feel comfortable with, or have a medical condition which prevents you from being able to wear one, we will need to delay your appointment until a later date when this no longer feels like a necessity.
Hugs & hand shakes:
We love you, but because we do, we can’t hug you or shake hands right now.
Booking an appointment:
Existing appointments that were missed due to the closure have been prioritized for, followed by a pending list of requests made. We are now accepting new requests as well.
Touchless Check out:
We have streamlined our check-out process in order to be able to offer touchless payments.

We have seriously stepped up our cleaning game! Here are a few things we’re doing:
Sanitizer at check in and throughout the building where hand washing is not possible.
Stylists wash hands between each client
Full station cleaning protocol & EPA approved disinfecting after each guest
Cleaning checklist scheduled on regular intervals for high touchpoint areas
Weekly professional cleaning/disinfecting
Curb-side Retail Service:
If you need to re-up on your Kevin Murphy wash/rinse or styling product, we can prepare and deliver right to your vehicle or mail to your home! Just call your order in or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We are currently requiring a 48 hour notice to cancel appointments. Appointments not cancelled within this time frame will incur a 50% charge. Missed appointments which are not cancelled will incur a 100% charge. We realize extenuating circumstances do come up and take that into consideration.
